Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping (1–2 days) is available at checkout. Free shipping on orders over $50. International shipping is available — contact us for a quote.

Our 5-year warranty covers manufacturing defects, premature LED failure (more than 30% lumen drop), and driver electronics. Damage from improper installation, voltage spikes outside spec, or physical damage is not covered. Full terms are on each product page.
Absolutely. Our lighting engineers provide free DIALux/Relux photometric layouts for projects above 30 fixtures. Send us your floor plan and we'll return a lighting design with fixture placement, lux levels, and energy calculations within 3–5 business days.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Custom and bulk orders may have different terms — please contact us before purchase.
