Return & Refund Policy — AE LED LIGHT

Defective products are replaced free of charge — shipping both ways is on us.

1. 7-day change-of-mind returns

If you change your mind about an unopened, unused product, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and the original invoice. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

To start a return, WhatsApp +92 327 6946966 with your order number. We will reply with a return reference and the nearest drop-off point.

2. Defective or damaged-on-arrival products

If your product arrives damaged, broken, or stops working within 30 days of delivery, we will replace it free of charge — including return shipping. Please share a short video or photos on WhatsApp showing the issue.

3. Warranty claims (5-year limited warranty)

All AE LED LIGHT branded products carry a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If a product fails under normal use during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no cost.

Warranty does not cover:

Damage from improper installation, voltage surges above 260V, or use with incompatible dimmers/drivers
Physical damage, water ingress in non-IP-rated fixtures, or modification of the product
Normal lumen depreciation within the L70 threshold (LEDs gradually lose brightness — this is normal, not a defect)
Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

4. Refund method and timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned product. For COD orders, refunds are made via bank transfer (we will ask for your account details) or Easypaisa/JazzCash mobile account.

5. Bulk and project orders

Returns and warranty for bulk orders (50+ units) follow the same rules but may be subject to additional terms agreed in the original quote. Custom-spec orders (e.g. special colour temperature, branded packaging) are non-returnable unless defective.

6. How to start a return or warranty claim

WhatsApp +92 327 6946966 with your order number and a short description / video of the issue.
Our team will reply within 1 working hour during business hours with a return reference.
Ship the product back (for warranty claims we pay the shipping).
We inspect, then refund, replace, or repair within 3 working days of receipt.
