By placing an order with AE LED LIGHT, contacting us, or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
AE LED LIGHT is a Pakistan-based manufacturer and retailer of LED lighting products, registered under Reg. No. AEL-2018-4567. Our office is at Nayab Grace City, Multan, Punjab, Pakistan.
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable sales tax unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, modify product specifications, or discontinue products without prior notice. For bulk orders, the price confirmed in writing (via WhatsApp or email) is the binding price.
An order becomes binding only after we confirm it via WhatsApp, SMS, or phone call. We accept cash on delivery (COD) nationwide, plus EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and direct bank transfer for prepaid orders. COD orders above PKR 50,000 may require an advance booking deposit.
Free delivery on orders over PKR 5,000 to all major cities. A flat PKR 300 delivery fee applies to smaller orders. Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days inside Punjab and Sindh, 3–7 working days for other provinces and remote areas. Delays due to weather, strikes, or courier issues are outside our control.
All AE LED LIGHT branded products carry a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, electrical surges outside Pakistan's standard range, physical impact, water ingress in non-IP-rated fixtures, or normal wear. You agree not to: (a) attempt to disrupt or hack the website; (b) submit false information via the contact or order forms; (c) use the site to harass, defame, or impersonate AE LED LIGHT or its staff; (d) scrape, republish, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
All content on this site — including the AE LED LIGHT name, logo, product photography, and product descriptions — is owned by AE LED LIGHT and protected by Pakistani and international copyright law.
To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, AE LED LIGHT's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase or use of this website is limited to the amount you actually paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Multan, Punjab.
